When I was growing up in Durham, NC our beloved local bike shop was Bull City Bikes, which had as its slogan “None genuine without the bull on the bicycle.” This was actually an adaptation of one used by Bull Durham Tobacco, in the 1800s — “None genuine without the bull on the package.” I’ve adapted it yet again for this tote.
