Shipping

We ship USPS priority mail domestically and use USPS, FedEx, or UPS for international orders depending on speed and cost to the destination. We generally ship twice a week. Please message us if you need something shipped urgently so we can make sure it’s possible. A small additional fee may apply.

International shipping: Please note, our shipping fee does not include any fees or taxes charged by your country. Unfortunately we can’t see those kinds of charges from our end of the shipping process. If you would like to know which carrier we will be using to ship your order, please email us at lauren@theboomloom.com when placing your order.


Returns/Exchanges

We happily accept returns in original, resellable condition within 60 days of purchase. We will provide a pre-paid label for you to use for the return. If you need to make a return please send us an email so we can begin the process. We guarantee the looms for normal wear and tear for one year.

A Note About Us

We are a family owned business running theboomloom in addition to our day jobs (though we’d love to quit :) ). We want you to be happy and we are good communicators but may not see your message immediately. Please allow us a day to respond and please pester us if something is urgent!
