make it: a piece with zigzag twill

Use your plain-weave and twill pattern bar skills from the getting-started videos to weave a finished piece.

Customize it:

Change up the colors, use thicker or thinner yarns, or make each section shorter or taller.

To make the zigzag, I switched the rotation of the pattern bar every 5 rows: I wove 5 rows while rotating forward, then 5 rows while rotating backward. Then forward again, and so on. To make variations, try changing the rotation more often, or less often, or randomly. That will make the zigzags smaller, larger, or irregular. Experiment!
