Use your plain-weave and twill pattern bar skills from the getting-started videos to weave a finished piece. This project is easiest if you watch those videos first.

To make the zigzag using the twill pattern bar:

Step 1: Weave 5 rows while rotating the bar forward one position between every row.

Step 2: Then weave 5 rows while rotating the bar backwards one position between every row.

Repeat step one and step two.

Customize it:

Change up the colors, use thicker or thinner yarns, or make each section with more rows or fewer rows.

Try changing the rotation more often, or less often, or randomly. That will make the zigzags smaller, larger, or irregular. Experiment!
